Question
Hi I had a question about applications for helper. I meet all the requirements but it still says error. I am not sure what to do at this point .I have the applications installed I have the points and it still wont work! If you could please help me!
 
If you take a look at the requirements, you'll see that having a premium rank is needed. You currently do not have a rank registered with your account. If you have bought a rank and have it in-game, then do /link (forums email) while online in the lobby. This will link your minecraft account to your forums account, and your rank will be synced as well. If you have not bought a rank, you can buy one here.
