My computer allows me to press "Windows," "Alt," and "R" to record. Nothing installed. I was trying to report someone, but I don't know how to upload the recording since it's in a "Videos" file. Basically, how do I upload a recorded video from my file?

You can upload your recording to YouTube and link the YouTube video to us on the report. Make sure it is set to Unlisted as it prevents unwanted comments.
