Why the heck do people post submissions without screenshots...

I've run into quite a few people who don't have screenshots on their submissions

They might be like that because of the fact
1. They forgot screenshots
2. They're new to posting submissions
3. They have not read the requirements

Staff are aware of this. An Admin will most likely reject the submission and ask them to resubmit their map, and also include screenshots.

They want to joke around, they might forget their screen shots, or they might be a new user who has no idea what to do

Possibly too excited to have a chance at getting a free rank to remember- also may be too young to realize what's needed.

Reasons they might not have screenshots:
1. Might be brand-new to the website, took a look and was hyped about the free rank.
2. Hadn't read the screenshot requirements.
3. Forgot the requirements in general
