Why i cant change my avatar?

I have tried change my avatar, but it didn`t work, pictures are more than 200x200 pixels, and i tested every photo what i had. Please answer me!

Have you tried using Gravatar to upload your profile picture? Here is a guide on how to use it: http://mcpz.net/index.php?threads/how-to-add-a-profile-picture-with-gravatar.369/ . With Gravatar, the picture you upload can be from 1px by 1px to 2048px by 2048px.
