Why are there no longer dead bodies ?

So I used to love this in murder , when someone gets killed, they actually look like they died on the floor and so , so why was this removed and replaced ?

I think in the 1.8 some of parts of plugins do not work

With 1.8 it makes the dead bodies incompatible and broken, and it was easier to make a compromise rather than putting more work into the holograms to make them work.
