Where can I open goodie bags if it's possible and what can I get from it?

I haven't played mcpz for like 6 months and I see something new: goodie bags. Could someone explain me where can I open goodie bags (if it's possible) and what can I get from it.
 
Goodie bags aren’t released yet, so you can’t open them at the moment. When they are released, they’ll just be like mystery boxes, where you can get things like hats, pets, and more.
 
You can get them from playing Party Games, and you can open them in certain spots in the lobby

You can also get them from Murder.

Not sure, I have just noticed that it says that you have earned a goodie bag in murder, so I'm assuming that they are in murder as well.
