Filling things in is super annoying. Also, this could solve a few griefing issues. If people can have access to the //set command, then filling things in would be a solo job, that takes seconds. Set the limit to ≤500 blocks at a time for //set. Maybe configure it so you can make it so some people can use W/E on your plot and others cannot. I feel as if this could be used for making walls in large structures.

The interpretation I am getting from this is that all ranks, or at least VIP should get //set with a 500 block limit.
Even with the limitation, it would still devalue the Elite rank.
If the limitation is meant for the elite ranks too, that would be even worse, however I am unsure if this was the intention.
Having separated W/E and build permissions however is an interesting concept that I think should be explored.

I have a feeling that this would become extremely frustrating for players. I mean, say if you wanted to cover your whole plot in a particular block, it would take far longer than usual because of this '500 block rule' which as I said before, would become very frustrating.
