Vip+ is half price and I've bought vip so can I get vip+ for free

Vip+ is not half price, as far as I can see. The reason why you see it as $20 is because you have already bought VIP.

When you buy VIP, you pay $20. If you later decide that you want to buy VIP+, which costs $40, it will only cost $20 because we take into account your previous purchase of $20 (total $40). I assume this is what you meant by half price?
