with the trophies where we earn them for having "tea" or "party" in our username, would it be against the rules and abusing the trophy point system if i changed my username for the purpose of the trophies? i know they're useless but im just wondering lol is it abusing the trophy system or....?

No, as you can only change it once per 30 days. You will have to keep the new version for this time so it's not abuse.
