How often do new staff get promoted? Just curious C:
Also is there like a Changelog of staff or something so we can see all the ex staff?

There is not a changelog, but you can suggest this in the suggestions section! There is not a specific time period in which staff are promoted, if you have a sufficient application, are mature, and would be a good addition to the team then you have the chance at getting the position. So it just depends when the potential staff member applies and how available the leadership is to do the promotion.
