I couldn't wait to start writing this so here you go.
"Silvafox! Get off ya lazy tail and start workin!"
A black silhouette, sits in a dark corner of the office room, completely covered in darkness, orders a black, and orange striped fox. The fox had orange stripes, orange ears, an orange tipped tail and orange mitten patterned paws. It even had a pink, glowing gem in the middle of its chest. The rest of its fur was all black, and its tail was a nice light gray color.
"But sir, we haven't had a case in weeks!" Silverfox says.
Silverfox was indeed a hard working animal. She had the role of a detective. Her real name was SilverAkita, but most everyone liked to call her just "Silver" , and some liked to call her "Akita". She didn't mind either. Akita's code name was "Senator Silverfox". Not too shabby, eh? But in this company, every worker was told to have a code name. For safety reasons. Even her boss had a code name... His code name was... "Name". Akita liked to facepalm about it.
"We do now, Silvafox! I was informed by a few SilvaPoint residents that members of tha Night Squad has been spotted throughout tha city." Name says.
SilverPoint City is a very old, city. It is haunted in some places, but the spirits are overall friendly. SilverPoint is very peaceful... Well, it has been ever since "The Night Squad" randomly showed up. They're a group of heinous and wicked creatures. They cause havoc, vandalize things, rob stores, and even murder if ever necessary.
"I thought a group of our guys broke them up 2 years ago?" Silver says.
"Yeah, we did. We still got one of dem' baddies up in our cell blocks. We shot two others. Dat leaves only da leader and one of tha goons." Name says.
"Hmmm...." Silver thinks.
"Now, I'ma send you out ta investigate." Name says, grinning.
"W-why me!? What if I get killed?!" Silver says, unhappy.
"It's for da sake of da city. No hard feelings, bro. Ya will be missed." Name says.
Silver grumbles, grabs her magnifying glass, and leaves the building.
