Transferring TS3 Identities

So, I have an issue with my ts3 identity. I am unable to use Teamspeak on my PC, because of how terrible my mic is, but PC is the only place I have my VIP tag on my identity. Usually, when I go into TS to speak to others, I just use my phone.
I've looked this up and I've tried to transfer identities but I'm unable to get my VIP rank to transfer over as well. If anyone knows how to get an identity with a user group transferred from PC to iOS then it would be a huge help.

All you need to do is Poke a Moderator on ts to set it your rank, after confirming you're that rank. c: So if you see a Moderator on Teamspeak whilst on your phone, poke them saying: "I have VIP, could you set that as my rank here please?" And they should be happy to do so.
