On the last episode of Total Drama Wawanakwa Island, Tyler convinced Zoey to go on a date with Chanel #3. Leshawna made an alliance to secure her safety in the game. Chris had the contestants at the elimination ceremony.
"Are you all tired from your last challenge?" Chris asked, "given I kept you all up until dawn?"
"Yes," everyone groaned.
"Perfect," Chris gave an evil laugh, "your challenge is to be the last ones awake. First team to fall asleep loses the challenge and sends someone home!" Everyone groaned.
"Alright guys, I know how we can stay up longer," Leshawna said to her team, "if we tell scary stories, then we'll be scared and we can stay up longer of fright!"
"Um, I don't-" Cody began. The rest of the team butted in and agreed with Leshawna.
"Alright, here's one," said Leshawna, "there's this toilet on an island known as Wawanakwa island!"
"Bull*Bleep*!" Chanel #3 yelled, "you're basically copying Denise's stories!"
"Yo, Denise is my cousin, she told me this!" Leshawna yelled, "anyways lets carry on. In a toilet cubical in the toilet block on Wawanakwa Island, bad luck is given. When you run out of toilet paper, a red caped psycho will place a roll of red toilet paper and a roll of clue toilet paper. If you pick the red roll, he'll slit your throat and your blood will spill, looking like a red cape. If you pick the blue roll, he'll strangle you until blue, looking like a blue cape. The end."
"Um, okay that's scary," Cody shivered.
"There's a picture on my phone of me sleeping," Tyler said, "I live alone..." He grabbed his phone and showed Chanel #3.
"Oh my god," Chanel #3 stuttered.
"She asked why I was breathing so loudly," Geoff whispered, "I wasn't."
"Is this a scary sentence competition?" Jen asked, "we wanna join!"
*2 Hours Later*
"Oh my god, I'm so scared," Cody wheezed to himself. He was trembling.
"Don't be such a baby," Chanel #3 yawned, "it's not like they're all dead. They just fell asleep."
Zoey, Bridgette, Ben, Leshawna and Lindsay had all fallen asleep. Chanel #3, Cody, Mike, Geoff, Tyler, Lightning, Sam Topher and Jen were still awake.
"Don’t be scared of the monsters, just look for them. Look to your left, to your right, under your bed, behind your dresser, in your closet but never look up, she hates being seen," Chanel #3 casually said.
"How am I going to get to sleep now?" Tyler rolled his eyes.
"You're welcome," Chanel #3 muttered, "I'm getting us to win the challenge!"
"My sister says that mommy killed her. Mommy says that I don't have a sister," Mike said.
"You hear your mom calling you into the kitchen. As you are heading down the stairs you hear a whisper from the closet saying "Don't go down there honey, I heard it too!" Geoff said creepily.
*6 Hours Later*
Only Tyler, Chanel #3, Cody, Geoff and Mike were remaining. Everyone else was asleep.
"When you're driving alone and you feel a hand on your shoulder," Tyler said, "Chanel #3, we got this right?" Chanel #3 was lying on the ground, asleep.
"Human flesh tastes just like pork," Geoff said.
"Wait, how do you know?" Cody cried, "stop scaring me!"
"We're staying awake by scaring each other," Geoff pointed out.
"I'm not even on your team!" Cody cried, "so why are you keeping me awake?"
"Good point," Geoff muttered, "but surely you'll fall asleep eventually."
"Cut the red wire? I'm colorblind!" Tyler yelled.
"Buried on Monday, died on Tuesday," Geoff declared.
"STOP!" Cody cried, "can I tell you guys about a computer programming software or something-" Geoff and Mike fell asleep just listening to Cody's boring sentence."
"The Winners lose again!" Chris announced.

Leshawna: "How on earth did scary stories fail to keep me awake? I'm the one who came up with the idea!"
Geoff: "How did I lose to Cody? Turns out he's not the floater everyone thinks he is!"
Cody: "I won for my team? Yes!"
Chanel #3: "I have no idea how I lasted so long, I thought I'd be killed first. Wait, I said killed didn't I? I meant fall asleep."
Bridgette: "Out of everything I can do, I can't stay awake for 8 hours after staying awake for 24 hours straight."

"Hello, I see you've started a losing streak again," Chris smirked.
"Mostly Lindsay's fault though," Jen tried to shift the blame on Lindsay.
