Will jr.admin applications ever be reopened? Or is there a certain way you find more possible candidates for admin?

Jr.Admin is no longer an obtainable rank. It's deemed unnecessary for there to be more ranks when they pretty much have the same role. Possible candidates for Admin usually message an admin about being able to develop, or even the owner. They'll then see what the player is capable of, and decide whether they'd be fit for admin or not.
