So let's say someone went to my forum page and clicked recent activities. Would this show user reports? Can't really test it without knowing if someone reported someone.

All your user reports are confidential from other users and the post won't show to anyone who doesn't have permission to view it. There is no way to bypass this but if you do find a way then please feel free to file a Bug Report!
