Why is your name in Murder more likely to come up when you're playing it?

I've watched numerous streams and youtube videos to prove this. My name only came up once out of about 8 videos which were around 30 minutes long. However, when I play the game myself it comes up every 1-3 rounds.

I've asked a staff about this in-game who told me that names were "generated randomly", but this is a continuous co-incidence.

Its all to do with the last time the user has logged in if its like over a month the chances are decreased to almost nothing and if they log in regularly their name has a higher chance of being used. Of course if the user is online then there will be a significant increase in the chances of the name being used because players love to see their own names in games.
