Why can we not buy just one name in murder during the sale?

For me, when I try and buy it, it gives me this message:
"Your basket needs to have a value above 2.00 USD to checkout."

The minimum basket value threshold is just because most of >$2 would be lost in fees making it not worth selling as a singular item. Currently, the item you're talking about is on sale so it falls below this threshold meaning you can add it onto another purchase as sort of a cherry on the cake! Once the sale is over, the item will be purchasable on it's own again.
