Question
On murder in the gun range are there supposed to be people to shoot because if there is I can't see them because I watched a youtube video and I saw them so I confused.
 
Currently the shooting range only supports 1.8 clients, meaning if you are on 1.9 or above you won't be able to see the NPC's in the shooting range.
