It'd been hours later, Sarah would be on the couch asleep now.
Joel would pick her up, giving her a tight grip while climbing up the stairs with Sarah in his arms. He'd tuck her into bed and kiss her on the forehead.

Sarah had gotten about an hour and 34 minutes of sleep before waking up the phone ringing,
'' Sarah , I need you to put your daddy on the phone , ''
'' Uncle Tommy? '' Sarah replied
'' Sarah I need you to put your dad on the phone there's something goin---- ''
The phone had cut off.
'' Uncle Tommy? Uncle Tommy..? ''
Sarah got out of her bed , pacing around her room. She'd pick up a card which she was supposed to give to her dad on his birthday.
'' Oh darn it I forgot! ''
Sarah would exit the room and walk into the bathroom , she'd slowly pick up a news paper which said the following,
Texas has been found that approximately 75% of crops have been contaminated leaving people to act irregular and acting violent.
A young woman has been found , killing her husband and 2 kids.
Bethany Garrington was found with the corpses of her rotting husband , Ben Garrington , and two kids , Lily and Aaron Garrington. We don't know what's been happening but the Law Enforcement have been thinking that it has something to do with medical subscribed crops from a local pharmacist with the ingredients listing a common fungus and 12% of the crops we've said have been contaminated.
Sarah put the paper down.
She walked into her dad's room,
'' Dad? Dad!? ''
The TV was on, Sarah glared at the TV.
'' News reports state that people inflicted with the infection show signs of aggression and--- ''
'' Guys get moving! '' A military soldier repeated over and over from the background.
'' There seems to some commotion from over--- ''
'' Lady get the hell out of here ! ''
The are would explode , leaving the TV going static.
Sarah shuddered,
'' Daddy?! '' She yelled down the dark hallway.
She went into the kitchen , picking up his phone which had 3 messages and 9 misses calls.
' Where are you? '
' Answer '
' Are you alive? '
Sarah found a note next to the phone,
At work , left twenty bucks
feel free to order pizza.

he opened the drawers and took a small pistol out.
'' Sarah , has anyone come in here '' Joel stuttered.
'' N..No , why would anyone come in here...? ''
'' Just stay away from the doors.. '' He messed around to find ammo in the drawer.
