In my room drawing
Well, I relised that the people of PZ would probably never see the comic i made of this story.. SOO im doing this for you guys =)

Enjoy~

I'll add new chapters soon, but stay patient =3

It was the end.
It was the end for a few months now, But i'm sticking it out on my own.
My name is Trixie, In case you're wondering. But who cares?

I've survived without my brother Lucas for a while. I thought I needed him, but I guess I was wrong. I'm pretty sure I'm the last to survive the Prowlers.
I last saw Lucas when the Prowlers first attacked. I was with my friend, Olivia, when they were cornering us.
Olivia could have killed the thing, and it would hurt her if she ran.
Guess what. She slammed the door, running, leaving us to be killed by the beast. I was betrayed.
I couldn't find Lucas or Olivia, but I escaped.

What?! You don't know what a Prowler is?! .. Well, its basically a killer wolf. They attack anything in sight, except each other. I never understood them. I've been looking around every minute for one of those things sneaking up on me. Their merciless. Luckily, so am I when I fight with one.

But just now, I was just chilling on a tree, when I saw one in the distance, on an abandoned building. It was focused on something, But it wasn't me.

It was at an area that only a human could reach.
I'm not alone.

Another loner

I was curious. All this time, I WASN'T alone?
I lept down to a lower tree. I don't know why i did that... Meh, doesn't matter.

I ran to the building. I couldn't hear the prowler, or screaming from whatever it was looking at.

I guess that's a good sign... Maybe.

I climbed up to where the prowler was. It was about to pounce.
I told whoever was there to look out. I don't know why, because I killed it anyways.

I looked down at what it was looking at. Sure enough, it was a person. Male, brown hair, No wounds. He looked terrified. I'm not sure if it was of the Prowler or of me.

"Th-Th-Thank you.." He said shakily, grasping at his suspenders.

I smiled. "No Problem!" I paused. "Just as I thought there was no one left..."

He looked down. "We're not the only ones." He pointed over the ledge. "Theres at least one other person out there.. But they don't play nice, I'll say"

I raised an eyebrow. "Huh? How would you know?"

"Do you SEE anything on me?" He exclaimed.

I was confused. "what does THAT have to do with anything?!" I yelled. I wanted to make sure this boy was legit.

"They stole it. They stole it all." he said, looking a solid split between angry and concerned.

I sighed. I climbed down.

Right then, I realized something...

HE WAS OVER A FOOT TALLER THEN ME. From where I was, he looked about as tall as an 8-year-old.

"Are you SERIOUS?" I said, almost yelling. He was trying so hard not to laugh, but he was failing. "Sheesh... Whatever" I walked to the ledge, then looked back at him.
"Where were you when they got at you?"

The group

There was a silence, as I was expecting my answer.

".. Can't really remember, but," He pointed off of the ledge.
"Over there, somewhere.. By that large tree." he looked back at me. "Why?"

I smiled again. "They can't be far from there. Maybe we'd be able to get your stuff back." His face almost glowed.

"Really? You'd trust that?"

"Yes. It makes sense, right? Even if they were hunting, They wouldn't go unbelievably far."

He looked puzzled. "How do you know it was a group?"

"I don't. Not many people go far from their shelter."

"Oh" He chuckled. "I guess."

I grabbed his hand. "Come on, We want to GET there, right?"

He seemed to panic. I loosend my grip, and smiled at him calmly, trying to calm him down.

He muttered something that I couldn't quite pick up. I let go, and ran off, hinting at him to follow me.

Luckily, he took the hint. In a few minutes, we were at the tree he was talking about.

"Hmm.." I looked down at the ground. There were footprints, but there were different markings. Both human. "Definitely a group. At least two."

"How can you tell already!? Are they there?!"

I giggled. "No, there's different boot prints right here."

"Oh." He looked embarrassed.

We got ourselves a team of thieves.

Someone tell me what to call this one

I investigated further. The other footprints were coverd up mostly. But I could tell where they went.

"This way" I told him, following the footprints.

Oh boy did they go far. Way further then I expected.

About half way, the boy asked me what my name was. I told him it was Trixie.

"Oh, Sweet name!" He paused, a smirk on his face. "I'm Cooper."

I just smiled, and kept going, looking out for Prowlers.

It wasn't long before we reached a clearing in the forest.

There was a shelter, fire, food and a lot of people. All male. Sheesh..

"I think their the thieves.." Cooper whispered.

I put my hand over his mouth. I didn't want them to see us.

I saw one of them look in our direction. I told Cooper to keep low.

He came towards us. I was braced to either run or fight.

He pulled away the bushes near us. He only saw Cooper.

"Oh look what we have here.-" He saw me, glaring at him. He immediately tried to grab me.

"Hey! What are you DOING!?" I yelled. THAT got the others attention...

Trying to make him let go, I heard him yell something, though muffled. It sounded like "We've got a girl!"

At that point, EVERYONE was trying to get at me. Someone did, and got me a reasonable distance away. Thank gosh it was Cooper.

"Leave her ALONE!" He snapped at them.

They were all glaring at him. He had me at a tight grip.

"Do you even REALIZE what it means that a girl's here, dork?" One of them snapped back at him.

I tried to get Cooper to let me go so I could deal with these idiots.

He looked like HE was the one about to attack.

After what felt like forever, he ran off, still holding onto me. Oh boy, me being dizzy would be an understatement.

After we thought we were OK, he put me down (FINALLY). It took a while for me to get used to not being shaken around.

Apparently I passed out, because next thing I knew, I was laying down on a bed of leaves, seeing Cooper a bit away from me, looking out for Prowlers. He looked back, towards me. He looked guilty.

"You OK, Trix?"

I tried to say "Yea", but clearly he couldn't hear me. He sat down beside me. I could tell he was worried.

His gaze was shifting away from me. "I'm sorry Trix... I didn't know what they were going to do to you..." He looked back at me. "I sure owed you that from the Prowler attack..." He was smiling as he said that, but I could tell something was wrong.

Something was scaring him.

"A-Are you o-ok Cooper?" I asked shakily. What WAS wrong?

"... I'd... rather not say..." He started to walk away. Before he did though, he looked like he was going to cry.

"... It's ok Cooper..." I got up slowly. I was still sorta dizzy, but I hardly noticed.

I was GOING to find out what was wrong.
