I wrote this in my own time. This isn't minecraft related. The characters are made up, not friends.
Lets start...
I remember it very faintly. The very same memory I’m bothered by every day. The day my dad was taken away from me. StarCxrp wanted the same thing to happen with me. But I resisted. I used the power they gave to me as a lever to fight them. Using my time-teleportation, I confused them, eventually tying them up in a circle facing each other. I was Seven at the time, and I use my power now to help my family (well, just my mom and brother) and redo things that I messed up on. You’re probably confused just reading this, so I’ll explain. So, I was kidnapped at 4 years old for an experiment that my dad created. So my dad realized my absence from home and immediately went to StarCxrp’s Mars lab. He found me. The tests that StarCxrp were running were to give me the ability to harness the powers of space and time. Well, it did more than a good job. I can stop time, speed up time, slow down time to run super fast… Oh man, and that’s just my time abilities. I can also summon voids, create balls made of stars, shoot bolts of void, and move things with my mind. And the kid after me was given super strength and the ability to make ANYTHING out of void. She could even make airplanes if she wanted to. Her name was Sam. We were friends for a while, then, at seven years old, I was taken away from my dad and brought home. He was locked in a prison, and Sam was brought back to her home too. Well, I’m home now, currently making pancakes for my bro, Erick. My name is Jack Taur. I live in Los Angeles, California. I am 15 years old. This my story.
“Morning,” I said to Erick, turning the oven off. I make pancakes in the oven. It makes them slightly runny if you just undercook them.
“Making food so soon?” Erick asked. “Why aren’t you doing it super speed today? Or moving the ingredients with your mind? Or cooking it with your... Uh, what were they called?”
“Void bolts?” I put the pancakes on the table.
“Yeah, those.”
“Well, I’m trying to not use my power and be a regular-” Just then, I teleported behind Erick and, “BOO!”
Erick screamed. “AAAAAAAH! What the hell, man? You just said you weren’t gonna use your power!”
“Nah, it’s fun controlling time and space. I’d give you some power, but it would require me to clone you and give him a piece of my blood.” There was a knock at the door. I walked down the long hall decorated with old paintings and a picture of dad with me and Sam. I looked at it and sighed. I missed her, but I always tell myself she has a good home and family. I opened the door. “May I help you?”
The girl standing in the doorway was about my age, dressed in jeans and a blank white t-shirt. Her hair was pulled back to one side, a familiar look to me. “Yeah, I lost my dog. He was running off this way and ran into your backyard. Mind if I look? If I can’t you can look and report back.”
Something about her made me trust her. “Sure, I’ll lead you through the side gate.” We walked about fifty feet and opened the gate. When I locked it behind me, we walked another fifty feet. We saw a small corgi digging in the dirt in the corner of the yard.
“There you are,” The girl said. Then something odd happened. I saw a small black spark, and the dog moved swiftly through the air about forty-five miles an hour, ending up in the girl’s hands.
“What was that?”
“What?”
“The dog was floating.”
“What? You’re insaaaaaaaaane.”
The way she said that lit a spark in the back of my brain. “Sam?”
“That’s my name… How’d you know?”
“It’s Jack. Jack Taur? We were friends in the lab on Mars where we got our void powers.”
“Oh. My God. It’s you?” She made a void question mark in the air, the mark sucking in some grass and cat poop.
“Yes,” I said, shooting a void bolt in the grass. “Let’s go inside. We have a lot to catch up on.”
