I want this user's name. Their profile isn't availible and they havent been online since like 2014, is it possible for them to have their name changed so I can have the name "Tyler"?

Sadly, we currently don't change other user's names so that they can be taken as it would encourage it for other users which may cause some chaos about who we're allowed to take names from etc...
