It's been around a month or two since I applied for helper and I haven't got a response on Teamspeak, Discord or even the via forums. Will I be able to reapply or should I still wait for a response?

Make sure to dig deep into your previous conversations, and look for any started by a staff member, the title should be something along the lines of "Helper Application".
