Implemented Suggestion about Forums Name Change Message

I was checking to see how many days I had left until I could change my name was and noticed an error in the wording of the message that was given. So my suggestion, though extremely minor, is to change the word "Cannot" to "Can" in order for the message to make much more sense (and to make it much more professional). Thanks
