Staff Interruption

Basically, the normal members have to count to 100 without the staff members interrupting them. If a staff member replies, you have to go back by 3 numbers. The staff aim is to get to -50. Once a minus number is reached, the rules switch. Staff go up in 1s, members make it go down by 3. The thing keeps going on.
