I'm pretty sure you can, but its rare.
Just help out the community report bad players, etc.

There is a very rare chance. It has only happened once before.

This has happened several times before, but it is extremely rare. You need to be mature, helpful, and prove that you're worthy and have proven your loyalty to the staff numerous times. Good luck, though, Charlie.

Hmm.. Okay guys. Looks like I have a lot more to do. xD. Anyways, I'll be buying VIP soon.
 
From personal experience, it requires a LOT of hard work and time. You must be patient. It took me about 4 months of playing everyday and answering questions.

You can do it!
