DISCLAIMER: I'm sorry if this makes any staff members uncomfortable, but I'm just annoyed because of how these " Friends " get treated. If it makes you too uncomfortable you can lock the thread if you wish to.
Hi, I'm quite disappointed by making this thread, but I've seen quite often this MONTH ( via TS, Minecraft, etc. )

Earlier in the month on TS I also noticed this one guy ( Not gonna name who ) Who was saying language, when there were about.. 4-5 staff members in the channel. The person didn't get warned, or told to stop until a regular said " LANGUAGE! ". At that point no one still told them except the regular I find this very disrespectful to the people who have said something, and got warned for, But if you say they weren't there.. Some staff members were actually talking there when it happened.

I just want some justice to be served, other than just a regular saying " LANGUAGE! ", or someone saying something that is either inappropriate, or any of the forbidden stuff, and getting away with it.

Before you say something like : "We try our best ", or " The chat was getting filled " None of that was there at least for the first part, but there was some silence for the teamspeak part for everyone to hear what the person said, and If you say " Oh we missed it! " the teamspeak one it's clearly true.

Well I don't have teamspeak ._. So...

But I can say that on the server some people do stuff and a mod would lightly say "stop doing that please" and when I spammed (in murder, in one sentence thing I wrote my name loads), I immediately got warned ._. like bruh ._.

I've been having same here @Dragazo? this girl called: 'pewdiepie's sister' Was swearing and all on TS and everyone was like: ohh your amazing..

By then I plucked up courage to tell her to wash her mouth with soap, she still carried on (no remember there is 1 member of staff on TS hearing it all!) She carried on! {UHH!! -.-} Then she just swore swore and swore until the staff finally got courage to say: erm.. Can we stop that now buddy?

Like my God -___- Only because she was faking to be a youtubers sister DOESN'T mean she can be treated better and not warned for hideous swearing/cursing!

This'll probably make staff uncomfortable but people need to actually sort out who can ban/mute people if the people with that grant aren't using it rightly. Yet I get muted for doing:
1) (.)(.) <-- Pair of Eyes -_- [2 hours]
2) Advising advertiser (snitched on -.-) [24 hours! o,O]

No offence, staff need to seriously sort out their issues if they cannot speak up and tell the wrong what's right!
I'm 100% with you Drag! -high five! :D-

Hope this as support you in more confidence in resolving this problem and I hope that people will soon understand the unfairness!

Are you sure the staff member wasn't afk or something? I doubt a staff member would ignore someone doing this, if they were present.

George is right staff don't ignore swearing on teamspeak as one of the rules is To refrain from using bad language. Some TS's are more lenient about it but but mcpz isn't lenient about Swearing. Ive seen people get muted in MCPZ TS for swearing so Staff are very good with dealing with this behaviour

Things that happen on teamspeak don't usually branch over onto the server. We usually just ask them to stop at first, then if they won't it'll be a kick and so on.

But a 3 day ban for not having a good mic not fair

I went on push to talk then I got a warning and a three day ban for having a rubbish pc basically

Oh, I know some staff members were there.
I do agree their good with handling that, but they didn't do anything, the first, second, and to third time.

This is not an appropriate subject to talk about in public, as it would cause a lot of issues with staff and players.
Absol Look Could we stick to The Topic Or Post it in the off topic bit as it has nothing to do with this conversation I May Have been wrong but... Just Stick to the topic

Dragazo? Look This sort of stuff happens and We don't really know what to do about it

Generally when I warn someone, I warn them, then tell them in chat to kindly refrain from what they were doing wrong. This is to make sure that people on the server know that I have told them to stop, as the warn command can't be seen by non-staff.

Perhaps other staff do warn people without telling them in chat too, so this could lead to a false sense of favouritism.

We try to keep the TS safe for all players... Understand that we do not have a "warn" feature. How do you know that a staff didn't say anything to the players? Maybe they used a private text chat with the player or the 'poke' feature. Some staff are AFK. Understand that if someone is swearing in chat, the staff member might not be looking at chat... They may be talking while playing the game.

Also, I do not believe we should be singling out any staff by posting their names in public on this topic, as it can cause trouble.

Dragazo?, this stuff happens. Try handling a TS server with so many people and a MC server with hundreds of people online... Those things happen. It is best to just let it go and not ponder over it. You weren't cursing, were you? Just let it go. Staff try to be careful with these things... You were also told in your many topics before about 'staff favoritism' the same things that we are saying now.

Exactly. They don't play favorites. Like well uhm these mods treat everyone the same way, especially if they are friends. Because that would be so unkind if the mods said its okay, it was only a mistake. That would make you get angered and fight back. They would just be... pointless. Like they don't earn mod at all. Same for helpers.

I know you guys try your best, but for the TS part if some action was taken the person would give a reaction. I wasn't cursing, but the thing is I knew some members weren't AFK neither were they talking when it happend. Besides for the person who was cursing a staff member could of atleast told them to stop.
I'm just gonna ask for a lock before I start a war.
