So I'm sure at least a dozen of you have seen the random advertising pages that spawn in on the server occasionally, except you guys respond to them. Do not respond to them.

If you see these, do not respond, as it may encourage them to make more at a more frequent rate. However instead of posting and asking a mod to remove it, report it. The same can go for others: double/triple/quadruple posting, swearing, rude, etc. etc., report them. Here's what to do to report said threads:
First, click 'Report' : it's below the player's signature and looks like this: http://m.imgur.com/4wfKHeO
Then go up and enter in why you're reporting this post - spam, swearing, etc.
Then viola, you've just reported that post, and somebody will come and look at it!
