Why do users have to have "VIP" to apply for staff? That's unfair and somewhat promotes P2W. Not everyone is able to buy a rank on the server, and I'm sure you have incredibly faithful players who would be perfectly able candidates for staff, but are limited by this rule.

Players purchasing VIP shows dedication to the server, as well as helping us so we don't have an insane amount of applications. We also have a lot of giveaways and chances to win VIP and other ranks, so if you cannot purchase it and want to apply there's lots of opportunities for you to win ranks if you are active.
