1. Snape's Coded Message
It took a long time for Harry to figure out that Snape wasn't out to get him. If his brain was overly large, like Hermione's, though, he might have been able to unlock Snape's message. This took place very early in the Sorcerer's Stone.
''Tell me, what would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?''
Asphodel is actually a member of the Lily family, and can mean ''My regrets follow you to the grave.''
Meanwhile, Wormwood is actually described as something bitter or grievous. This may just be Snape telling Harry that he was bitterly regretful of Lily's death.
2. Seven. Seven. Seven..
Harry Potter's number on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team is seven. This resembles he's the seventh horcrux. Oh, and am I forgetting something? Seven books, seven movies. And in the Chamber of Secrets, the door passageway had seven snakes engraved on it. Seven players on each Quidditch team. Seven Weasley children. Seven Potters. I'm overwhelmed.
Alright, those were only ones that I learned off the internet, but I noticed these myself:

Oh, Trelawney was right again.
''You, boy, I say, was born midwinter?''
''No, I was born at the end of July.''
Voldemort's birthday was New Year's Eve, and apparently some of his soul is lodged in Harry's. Whatever Trelawney is, it is NOT an old fraud.
Harry opened the chocolate frog on Hogwart's express. When he opened up the wrapper, the frog jumped out of the window. Guess who's card it was? Dumbledore's. The person who conveniently was killed by Severus Snape, falling out a window.. hmm.

In the first movie, the scene where the staircases were moving and Percy lead the Gryffindors up it, below the staircase was a portrait of no other than Lord Voldemort.
Arthur Weasley narrates the number to get into the Ministry of Magic from the Visitor's Entrance, (the phone booth). He dialed 62442. On a traditional keypad, these numbers would spell "Magic"
When Harry, Ron, and Hermione hide at the Hog's Head to have their first Dumbledore's Army meeting, there is only one other person situated there, with a goat. This is an early glimpse of Aberforth Dumbledore.
