What is considered as "Hiding behind walls and a corner" in Murder? Is it a reportable offense if seen once? Or is it a reportable offense when seen multiple times?

Any info would be great on what steps to take until this is a reportable offense.

Hiding like that isn't really against the rules. It's just highly frowned upon by some people. The book rules are a bit outdated in-game.
