I'm a little confused how people manage to get hats again in Murder. I've asked about goodie bags being realized mods have said "not yet, look in the store." So I did, but then it becomes a circle because the hats say "found in goodie bags." So how do people get their hats in murder? When are goodie bags actually going to be released and how does one open them?

People have hats in murder from the time when hats were available in the murder store. I believe that there is currently no way to purchase/win hats, but I'm sure when goodie bags are implemented, there will be a way to get them. It is true that goodie bags will be coming soon, but there is no current time as to when exactly. I'm not exactly sure how to open them given that not much has been released besides the fact they will be here soon, but I'd assume that the chests with "Goodie Bag" over them in the lobby would be where you would open them.
