Hi! I was wondering why there aren't a helper that's ONLY on the server and not on the forums, and a helper that's ONLY on the forums. That would've been nice so people actually spend time on one specific thing.

The reason for that is that all of the staff usually collectively help out on both the server and the forums. There could be users specifically staff for the forums, however it is much easier to have a staff member that can help out on both the server and the forums rather than only helping on one or the other.
