Murder Rule Book

Add back but also revamp the murder rule book. Just so new users (Maybe some old users) can learn about the rules of murder in game instead off having to look through and try to figure out what rules apply to murder

+ maybe readd the old book with the new rules. Before there was a rule book in the inventory in the murder lobby. Stated useful rules yet was removed due to old rules I believe.

It was my suggestion, and it specifically said.
"Revamp the rule book because right now, it's irrelevant.
Remove it until it's complete as well, so we don't have people screaming about hiding being against the rules."

People are teamimg because they think they can't be banned for it. It's physically impossible to play games of Murder without some player their sidekick spoiling the game. That's because they know they can't be banned for ghosting, and so they think they can't be banned for teaming.
