Why do mods not pay as much attention to others insulting other players but will do a Warning or etc. if towards them?

It certainly isn't like that. Mods/Helpers try hard to catch players being rude/disrespectful in chat but it is very hard to notice all of them. However, staff can notice right away when someone is disrespecting them because it is directed towards them. Staff tries very hard but we can't always catch everything. If you notice someone being disrespectful it would be best to screenshot it and report it here: https://mcpz.net/applicationform/user-report.4/form
