So far, Through the month I saw little to no respect to new people, Ive seen the older people act like their elders, and some of the staff even ignore people, I don't know if they were AFK, but I feel like there needs to be more respect to new people, and even old people because When I was asking a staff member they Ignored me, but when there were other staff members the staff member who ignored me responded, I've seen some Donors ask after a Guest asks, and someone awnsers the Donor, but not the Guest, I hope this changes because People aren't getting respect, Correct me if im wrong or im just going insane with the homework.

New people go through that process of getting respect, I suggest waiting 4-3 Months before getting fully respected, Thats how long my respect took

I know i try to never ignore anyone and im sorry if i might of accidentally do it, but you have to understand being staff can be hard there is so many players and only so much staff
With only about 20+ staff and usually 300 players on, and not all staff on at the same time, it can get overwhelming for some staff and might not see all questions. Try to understand that they're here for our benefit and don't even have to do this.
I'm sorry to whomever I may accidentally ignore. I've had times in Creative and hub when I'm the only staff on and everyone is directing questions towards me. It can be quite overwhelming at points and it's not hard to accidentally ignore someone. When you have about 10-15 people asking you questions, it can be hard. Staff don't mean to ignore players, as we try our best to help everyone out and help them feel welcomed to the Partyzone server.
Exactly, though the new chat with gray for non-donors might make it a bit hard. ( not saying I don't like this feature, but sometimes regular player spam fills the questions off of the screen.)

Im not just pointing out the staff, some new people ask VIP's, and ELITE's but no awnser Im just saying we have to treat everyone with the same respectl
I think that more people need to get noticed because ive seen on creatie people are asking helpers, mods etc about things and they are just being ignored!
They're harsh on all serversYeah well I think there should be more helpers, but they're so harsh on applications.

We TRY to treat everyone with the same respect. We cannot answer everyone's questions at once. After all, we're all just one person. We cannot be to everyone's beck and call. We're sorry if we 'mistreat' anyone. We do not mistreat anyone INTENTIONALLY.
Even when No one asked, either the staff member doesn't see it or is AFK, even a elite or vip could awnser, but the questiin disapears into the chatl
This makes sense as a topic, but I think the point has gotten across. I'm also betting that some staff members are probably getting a little uncomfortable with this thread. I'm not requesting a lock but I'm in favor of one.
There are only so many staff, and there are always going to be people, but if the staff would intentionally ignore people, well, they wouldn't be staff. Sometimes things are blocked out or swept away in the chat. I'm confident everyone tries their hardest to answer any arisen questions.
As for the 'new people', I don't really see a difference between who is ignored and who isn't. For the 'acting like elders', I'm sorry to whomever I appear to be acting older and pretentious towards. I try not to be but 99.99% of the time it isn't enough.
My perception is just to be welcoming to everyone. It isn't hard and if every player made a point to answer at least one question a day or to say something nice to another player once or more every day.
In short, I doubt anyone really TRIES to be unwelcoming, and you shouldn't rectify that. Just be the best partier you can be.
