Question for Murder Map

Can no-rank players have the ability to create a murder map for the game, Murder?

Yes, you can create them, take screenshots etc and post them in Build Submissions.

Any and everyone can create a map, but if you don't have builder rank you'll have to do it on a survival world or set up a server of your own.
When it's finished, you can submit it in the build submissions. However, there is no guarantee that your map will be used.
