Question
I spent $20 on a rank. Where is it, I purchased it at 7:22pm EST on September 2nd 2017. I know you are not supposed to ask this question on the forum but your support email is out according to Cattoes. If you cant give me the rank I paid for I would like a refund
 
Our support email is not 'out' it is just not sending out responses due to personal issues with the support administrator (gigo). Everyone who is affected by the rank bug will receive their rank in due time, we expect responses to be sent on Wednesday at minimum.
