Question
Why has my question not been answered? It's been over two weeks now. (you can delete the 1st one or lock it cus i answered it myself but I need an answer to the one about readjusting thx)

Hello!
Firstly, a huge thanks for sending in your question.

1] To answer your original question, it's kind of a glitch in a way. It just needs to be waited out for a while before it changes, relogging has personally helped me in the past from experience, however it doesn't always work. In the end it does eventually upload, as you probably discovered.

2] I believe the ability to drag banners is a bit bugged at the moment, I've been testing it myself and I don't believe it's working so the best shot is to make a bug report in order for the feedback team to properly test it and pass on to development if it is found to be a bug. If they find any alternative method or find out how to fix this, they'll be able to explain how.
