For the first time ever i feel unsafe on the server I've grown to love MY Human Rights have been invaded by staff on the server! Like My two friends and I made an rp for just us three so we could talk cause that's the only way we cal all talk anymore and then Staff start warning me for chat spam and I wasn't even spamming like We were the only 3 in the rp cause it was a personal conversation and Then i find out Staff can Stalk our conversations and /msg like fr that's so wrong People go to prison for this stuff. At this point I almost wanna get a refund for my rank BECAUSE I dont feel safe on this server anymore! and English aint my first language so sorry about spelling errors

Make a staff abuse report here if you feel the staff member was abusing their powers...

If that is true they shouldn't of warned you. Were you using the rp chat and did the staff member give any other reasons than typing in chat a lot?

@Desertmeadow Is it true you can view rp chat? Or at least look at it when you want to?

RP chat can be moderated by staff, this is used to enforce rules, all around the server. Someone shouldn't just be able to go into RP chat and start breaking chat rules. That isn't right, and that's why it's moderated. But if you feel you were wrongly warned, feel free to make a punishment appeal.

Yes, we can view RP chats. We do this because otherwise rp chats would just be a free-for-all. I think you may be talking about me, since you had messaged me previously on this subject. If I warned you, it is for a good reason. If you would like to appeal your punishment, please look here.

Invading peoples Human rights is Against the law in several Countries

Player A and B want to bully Player C...
Player A and B invite Player C to rp. They play around with Player C and eventually make Player C look bad.

Yet in your situation the staff member above who thinks they warned you is still going through trainning and recently started.

Also in some countries human rights don't exist and the internet isn't a good place to say human rights exist.

Were you actually spamming chat? For example, saying "hi" 20 times in a row or flooding chat like saying "ajsdfoasihfipahsfhpaishfasipuhfawnfihuasifhniaw" several times.

If you weren't doing either of those things and were merely having a conversation with your other RP members (in RP chat), then you should make an appeal.

@Chibino Maybe you can shed some light on this?
