You don't get points for posting, you get them for earning trophies. To see your trophies and all the available ones go to your profile page, and on the right side where it says trophy points, click the points. That will show you the trophies you have, you can then click View All Available Trophies to see the trophies you can earn.

Trophies have little to no value. It depends on who you ask. You get them by accomplishing feats such as posting 100 messages.

Posting useless posts everywhere to get 100 posts won't help you in your application thought. You can also get trophies from likes.
