Why can't exactly staff use W/E for others? I always wanted to know because I've never gotten a reason and I really want to know why.

World Edit is a perk that Elite's can buy and get. Staff using world edit for non-Elite/Elite+ users gives them a reason not to purchase the rank. Players already with the World Edit rank can do it for others, since they've purchased it, however if staff just did world edit for everyone there would be little reason for anyone to purchase the rank. Plus, it gives staff more time to focus on other things rather than having to go around and world editing for everyone who asks.
