Staff need to be mature since they deal with players requests, inquiries and screams. We don't want people that are immature on the staff team because it can impair decisions and immature people tend not to follow rules or are easily swayed by friends wanting to mess around. This is a very strange question I mean why would you want to accept an immature person as a helper?
