I know that to apply for helper you must be thirteen years of age. What is the recommended age to apply for helper? My previous application was denied due to immaturity. That could refer to my grammar, but that doesn’t seem likely since my last application didn’t say anything about immaturity.

Immaturity is judged upon previous experiences with you (before the application as anything while the application is pending cannot be trusted). Once you meet the minimum requirement, we don't really judge you on it after that. I recommend improving how you act around players, make sure not to break the rules and that should help you improve.
