Partier, Well Known Partier, Hyper Partier, etc?

So I'm a Partier, and others are Well Known Partiers, and there's Hyper Partiers and Active Partiers, etc.
What's the difference and how do you become one of the above?
Do you just have to post more to become say, a Well Known Partier?

The more you post/you get likes, the higher "rank" you get. That's pretty much it
