Are you allowed to use schematica and WorldEdit to build the base layers and such in a map submission? (As long as you spice it up of course)

You're welcome to use any building tools (WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, etc...) but you should only include things in the map that you or the other people working on it have personally built.
