Hello, there has been some discussion whether I have left or not and the final answer is, yes.

I am now fully leaving the network which I have seen some issues which are not addressed.

When we suggest something, we expect staff to listen to us...

This is why I have chosen to leave, we suggest for lighter and less harsh punishments yet it takes 5 thread creations for anyone to consider it with constant negative feedback not even thinking about others benefits from this, your E+ is underperked so add more perks not add them to VIP+ which is PERKED for the price it is, CHEAP for a creative server with less than 100 players!

You NEED to listen to your community or it will suffer as we are the last remaining...

Your community is dying, you aren't even putting updates on the home page like the new features or even a summary which is strange as players will think it's inactive.

You can't deny it, you need to shape it to what they want it to be, what the PEOPLE want it to be!

Staff also are just not friendly or guiding/helpful to us they are negative at suggestions not even thanking the maker for the suggestion just negative, it's upsetting because it was much happier before hand.

I am currently 11 and I was 8 upon joining and I played 6+ hours every day now to 0 hours daily due to staff like @Dizzeh and @frizly not being in this server which has made it different.

Anonymously I will explain that due to the resigning of some members. (@Aluux and someone else Idk)
said the rules needed changing but no the new staff members (excluding @Liillii) want to seem powerful I'm guessing and just do what they want because they have a valid reason.

This server has changed and changed in a bad way for the OG players.

I'll still be active on forums, if anyone posts to this dead website.

<3 I also just don't feel welcome, people hate me because they are anonymous and can hide identity and generally talking smack.

I do appreciate how often to reply to suggestions and state your opinion, though. Does help us a lot. Not to mention it takes guts.

Yeah, will still be active and I might rejoin if you grow but I've taken a love for another server <3<3

Also, can I make clear this isn't directed to anyone and it's just my opinions!!!

I love this server but I have to leave due to it getting too strict!

Actually, you're wrong about lighter punishments/rules not being taken into account. Take a look at this thread - https://mcpz.net/threads/general-rule-change.49608/page-2#post-334151 - someone suggested a general rule change about mentioning other networks and @Iruu, the staff manager, closed the thread and stated that the suggestion was implemented. All it took was one person who gave specific examples of what kind of lighter punishments were necessary and gave good reasons for it. 5 threads that simply say "make punishments less harsh" won't get us anywhere - that's why we're asked to provide as much detail as we can in suggestions.

(I'm not going to say much about your point regarding server ranks. More perks would be nice, but it's still a donation to keep the server running.)

This doesn't apply to every staff member/thread. Look at the thread I mentioned above - staff members were in support of the suggestion and Iruu thanked the maker of the suggestion. Just because staff members are against a few suggestions and possibly forget to thank the maker doesn't mean they're going to be like that for every suggestion.

And if staff members don't always thank the thread makers, then maybe suggest they do so or thank them yourself!

Wait, wait. So you're spending less time on the server because two staff members aren't very active anymore? That makes no sense at all. Of course the server is different when staff members leave/go inactive, but that doesn't mean you have to stop being active. You can easily go make new friends in the server or introduce the server to some of your real-life friends.

I'm sorry that this has happened to you. I don't hate you, and I don't think being anonymous is a reason for someone to hate you. I'm anonymous, but that doesn't automatically mean I hate you. And you don't have to keep talking to people who are hateful towards you.

So, in conclusion, if this website is dead and the community is dying, why are you complaining and leaving instead of trying to help fix things and improve the quality of the network? A couple of your complaints are outdated/don't apply to some recent situations, and other concerns are somewhat valid. I just hope you can get over the drama and make the choice to help the network and community out instead of leaving.

He’s not talking about when banning a hacker or someone who said the S word he’s talking about simple things such as disagreeing with opinions or cuss words that shouldn’t be considered cuss words

My point is the community's opinions are being taken into account, even if it's happening slowly. Like I said, people were upset that they were getting punished for mentioning another network and not advertising it, and they made a suggestion to change it. If we keep trying, maybe those other rules can be changed, too.

Giving up and making a bunch of leaving drama doesn't seem to serve a purpose. I guess that's what I mean.

We do take all your suggestions into consideration very carefully, and sometimes we may not say thank you for the suggestion; but know we are grateful to get these ideas to help improve on. So thank you for all your suggestions and ideas.

It’s heartbreaking to read that you don’t feel very welcome here or aren’t treated with the respect and care one should receive. If someone is bullying/saying hateful things, tell someone about it who would help. Staff member or not, these situations aren’t to be taken lightly. Additionally, you’ve said some exceptional things that’s help make a great suggestion for the server.

I care deeply about everyone here, no matter their personality, race, gender, opinions, etc. and that includes you too. <3 All of us staff members try to treat every one of you with respect and care.

Anyways... o/ it’ll be weird not seeing you around here. Cya and I wish you the best for the future.

You don't have to leave, though - that's my point. You seem to care about this community and yet you're making drama and leaving because of a few complaints that you could work toward fixing.

Saying things like the website is dead and "You can't deny it, you need to shape it to what they want it to be" seem pretty dramatic to me. /shrug
