It was a dark and gloomy night in the town of Maenclonoch. The rain was as sharp as razor blades and it was as cold as ice. “AGH!” Screams Wolf as they trip over some bin bags. “WHY CANT PEOPLE LEARN TO TAKE OUT THEIR RUBBISH” they shout loudly. Wolf stops as they kick back the bin bags to lean against the wall, with nothing but the amber glow from the streetlights lighting up their face. All of a sudden they fall backwards. "Wolf? Why were you leaning against my door?" Griffyn says, “Come in, its cold outside”. Wolf follows Griffyn through the empty halls of her house. Wolf asks Griffyn where they are going but Griffyn just laughs. They reach the end of the hallway, Griffyn opens the door and Wolf sees everyone in the room (All the story characters) however they didn’t seem to be having fun and all had serious expressions glued to their face. “What’s going on guys?” Wolf asks, mildly concerned. Everyone remains seated in silence, after 10 awkward seconds, Natalie stands up. “At 10:00pm, the moon will rise, you know what that means, right Wolf?” She says. Wolf looks at Natalie with a confused expression and allows a nervous laugh to pass through their lips. “Come on guys, your scaring them” Skylar says. At that moment the clock chimes 10:00. Wolf looks around and notices everyone looks worried and nervous and even sees Razo do a small facepalm. Wolf laughs nervously “Very funny guys” they say. But then the room shakes, Griffyn’s 500 year old vase falls off the table. “The moon has risen” Levi says.
I know this was a short chapter, the others will be longer, sorry everyone’s character wasn’t in this, it’s just a bit of backstory. ^_^
