General Offline Player Messaging

I Need To Tell My Friend Stuff Saying "I'm Away" ETC But Theyre Offline So lets say /msgoffline [Player] [Message] So when they connect it shows in chat

So essentially a sort of mailing system? I don't see any harm with that. I think this'd be a neat addition.
So would the command give you the option to read the message a user has left you? Will you be able to delete messages? Will there be a time duration between the messages sent to prevent logging in to spam?
Overall, I like this idea, I'd just like some more information about it. c:

I'd Say One Message Every 5 Minutes And The Message Would We Deleted After Read / Clicked On
 
I love this idea and believe it would be a great addition to messaging on MCPZ just as a way to connect with players offline. So would it be a list of players names that have sent you a message and would it say "Click Here to View"?

Yes A Menu In Your Hotbar Maybe? Saying "MESSAGES"
