Rejected Not Allowing Staff To Disable Messages?

Leila is a Moderator. And you resigned while you were Helper. Now, being a Moderator has more responsibilities as a Helper so you can't really compare it. (Doesn't matter if it's 'old/new' staff.)
Rudddeeee buddd. Staff are staff and FabDuckie had more problems because hackers appeared more often tbh.

I don't see that as rude, I see it as truthful because it is true, a helper is completely different to a moderator, a mod has a lot more things to deal with than a helper, and it's not right that players get the choice to disable messages but staff don't. As well as that, staff usually disable messages due to the large amounts of messages people are sending them, like SIGN MY PLOT or CHECK OUT MY RP, so I still don't think they shouldn't be able to disable their messages.

Staff are Staff, there I agree with you. But different staff roles have different responsibilities. I'm just saying that Moderators have more responsibilities than Helpers do (Just like Sr. Mods have more responsibilities than normal Moderators and so on). They moderate Plug.Dj while helpers can't. Ban players, answer punishment appeals, solve griefs, remove inappropriate plots and a lot more, while Helpers can't do those things. I'm not saying FabDuckie didn't have responsibilities. I'm just implying that they can't compare the rank helper with moderator. Let's say there's a grief happening. When a Mod comes on, multiple players tell the Mod about it, like Mishiaa said, it can get overwhelming with all the reminders of the griefs. Helpers can't solve griefs so the majority of players wouldn't ask a Helper to solve it. So what I'm trying to say is, that FabDuckie can't compare being constantly reminded/asked about one thing since they haven't experienced all the responsibilities of being a Moderator. (Since they resigned as Helper.) If my previous message came off as being rude, I apologize since that wasn't my intention.

Edit: I realize Wbl and I posted on the exact same time, but I'm going to leave this post here since I want to share my opinion on the matter.

After consulting with the staff manager, it has been decided that there are reasons for allowing a staff member to disable their messages. If you see a staff member who has messaging turned off, it's best to assume they're busy and to find another staff member. If a staff member always has their messages turned off, contact one of the senior moderators.

Thank you for your suggestion though!
